As the manager of the terminal, Railgate Finland Oy is responsible for the maintenance and development of the terminal infrastructure of Kouvola RRT, gate services and the leasing of terminal areas.
We tailor our own services to meet the needs of companies operating in the area. We are looking for partners to complement the service offering of Kouvola RRT.

Price list
Terminal area rents
- 1st zone: €1.25/m²/month
- 2nd zone: €1.00/m²/month
- 3rd zone: €0.75/m²/month
The service fees for the loading platform area and the gate fee are determined by a separate agreement.

The city of Kouvola rents construction sites from the terminal buildings area with long-term leases of more than 10 years. The annual rent for the terminal buildings area is €2.50/m²/year.
The mentioned prices are without value added tax. All payments will be subject to value added tax in accordance with current legislation, if the sale is taxable by law.
